Like previously said, either just fiddle with cursor starting and end positions to try and get as much movement as you can to let the clamp lock to end point and not bounce back.ĭoing the slide as far as you can then quickly regrab the clamp worked but it took a lot of tries to get the timing right. I think it's probably just a flaw from the porting. Originally posted by Obamanation:I initially had this same problem, it seemed like you just couldn't move the clamp far enough to lock, no matter where you started with the mouse cursor. Idk if this is intentional design (to grab clamp again before it fully resets), or just flaw from porting from touchscreen. It seemed like i was able to grab the clamp before it fully reset to initial position, which gave me the leeway to get the last bit of distance to make it lock into final position. I moved the clamp at the max range of motion i could, then released clamp, quickly moved mouse back to grab clamp again before it reached initial position, then moved clamp back to max range of motion to lock into place.
